Kirby & Ryan at Pizzeria Beddia
As a wedding photographer, there is no greater honor than when a fellow vendor hires you to photograph their wedding. Kirby is an incredible illustrator that works in the wedding space as well and we met in 2024 when she did the artwork for one of my Nonquitt brides' weddings. Once we followed each other on Instagram and realized we were both actually based in Philly, she reached out to hire me for her Fall 2025 wedding at Pizzeria Beddia. I was so flattered to be asked and excited for all of the stunning details I knew would be on display (and the incredible vendor meal I'd get to have at this beloved Fishtown establishment.) Kirby's beautiful invitations were not the only personal touch she contributed to her own wedding, she also made matchbooks, napkins, all of the signage, and best of all: her custom-made place mats meant to be colored in by all the guests during dinner. Salt Florist did the most gorgeous arrangements made of flowers, vegetables, and funky fauna to perfectly accompany the vibe at Pizzeria Beddia. The couple also started the day at the beautiful new Ana + Bel Hotel and we walked around one of my favorite neighborhoods in Philly that offers endless opportunities for portraits. I could go on forever about how perfect this wedding was and how grateful I am to have been the one to document it all. Thank you again Kirby & Ryan for entrusting me with this very special job <3
